BLANKENSHIP SEEKS PUBLIC APOLOGY FROM MANCHIN, MCCONNELL, FORMER FED PROSECUTORS AND JUDGE

Mr. Booth Goodwin:  Judge Aboulhosn wrote that your improper actions violated my Constitutional rights.  Your actions could have caused me to be falsely imprisoned for the rest of my life.  This is a request for you to publicly apologize to me.  Please do so in the form of a public press release.  - Don Mr. Steve Ruby:  Judge Aboulhosn wrote that your improper actions violated my Constitutional rights.  Your actions could have caused me to be falsely imprisoned for the rest of my life. This is a request for you to publicly apologize to me.  Please do so in the form of a public press release.  - Don Judge Joe Goodwin: Mr. Steve Ruby testified to OPR that he was directed by your son to withhold materials from my defense which violated the Brady law and which denied me my Constitutional rights to a fair trial.  Mr. Ruby has said this was done because you were angry at my attorneys and so your son Booth ordered him to withhold the materials. Would you please publicly apologize to me via press release on behalf of yourself and your son?  - Don Senator Joe Manchin:   Joe, you said that I should be indicted and tried because you “believe I have blood on my hands”. Would you please apologize for whatever role your actions played in my Constitutional rights being violated and my not receiving a fair trial? It seems your now personal attorney Mr. Ruby misunderstood you and violated my Constitutional rights. Perhaps you could also comment in your public apology whether you believe it is appropriate for US Senators to demand that someone be indicted particularly while admitting they do not know the facts of what happened.  I am sure you are aware that International Human Rights groups believe it is a Human Rights violation for prominent government officials to comment on the guilt or innocence of an accused person prior to trial. Are you aware?  - Don Senator Mitch McConnell:   I have information that MSHA caused the UBB mine explosion by denying the mine a ventilation plan which would have prevented any loss of life at UBB. Would you be willing to ask MSHA to revisit their investigation of the UBB tragedy particularly given that we now know from MSHA’s own records that the MSHA Internal Review Technical Leader shredded documents during the MSHA UBB Investigation after the Lead MSHA Internal Review Investigator quit?  BTW after quitting, the Lead Investigator told the media “they (MSHA) did not like what they were being told”.  Following this head guys departure, the Internal Review Report was fixed (MSHA word) by the new Lead Investigator so that MSHA did not appear to (in their words) be responsible for the “defective ventilation plan” that was in use at UBB when the mine exploded killing 29 coal miners. Please respond publicly.  - Your friend Don
