The opinions of this coal miner are his and his alone. However, I do agree and I know many coal miners that agree with many of his opinions as to MSHAs improper actions. At the same time I do not agree that MSHA is akin to Hitler. I also have no knowledge of the individual inspector nor of any specific inspections by that inspector. As most of you know, I have said that MSHA’s idling of scrubbers is clearly wrong. Also, I know MSHA has been untruthful regarding what happened at UBB.
